Responsibilities
- Own UX flows from research and wireframes through polished UI in Figma
- Design for real users — parents, teachers, admins — with clarity over novelty
- Partner with engineers on feasibility, states, and design-system consistency
- Raise accessibility and usability standards across products
- Present options with rationale and iterate quickly from feedback
Who can apply
- Portfolio showing shipped product UI (not only marketing visuals)
- Proficiency in Figma and comfort with design systems
- Understanding of accessibility and responsive layouts
- Remote or Bardhaman hybrid; India-based preferred
