How much does cloud migration or DevOps cost for an SME?+
Less than staying on the wrong setup usually costs you. After a free cloud assessment we give a fixed, itemised quote for the specific work — a migration, a CI/CD pipeline, a cost-optimisation pass — scoped so it pays for itself, often through the savings alone. Ongoing management is a predictable monthly retainer, sized to your infrastructure, with no lock-in.
Will migrating to the cloud cause downtime for my website or app?+
No — that's the whole point of how we do it. We architect the new environment, sync your data, and cut over with a rehearsed, zero-downtime plan (DNS and traffic shifted gradually, with a tested rollback ready). We schedule the switch for your quietest window, and in the vast majority of cases customers never notice a thing.
Which is better for my business — AWS, Azure or Google Cloud?+
It depends on your stack, your team's skills and where your data needs to live — not on which one is trendiest. We're hands-on across all three and recommend the one that fits, then justify it in plain terms. If you're already invested in Microsoft, Azure often wins; data-heavy analytics can favour Google Cloud; AWS is the safe default for broad workloads. We'll tell you honestly in the assessment.
Can you really cut our cloud bill, and by how much?+
Usually yes, and typically by 30–50% without hurting performance. Most accounts overpay through idle resources, oversized instances, on-demand pricing where a savings plan would do, and forgotten storage. We run a full audit, right-size, commit savings plans, set budgets with alerts, and give you a clear monthly report. If we can't find meaningful savings, we'll say so.
Do we get locked into you, or do we own our infrastructure?+
You own everything — completely. The cloud accounts are yours, billed to you; the infrastructure is defined as code (Terraform or Pulumi) in your own repositories; and every runbook and credential lives with you, documented. Any competent team could take over. Clients stay because the service and results are good, not because leaving is painful.
What does 24/7 monitoring and on-call actually include?+
We instrument your systems with dashboards, logs, traces and alerts tuned to real symptoms — response time, error rate, saturation — not noise. When something breaches a threshold, an engineer with a runbook is notified and acts, day or night. You get proactive fixes for most issues before they surface, and a plain-English post-incident summary for anything that reaches you.
Do you set up Kubernetes, or is that overkill for us?+
Only if it earns its place. Kubernetes is brilliant for apps that need to scale elastically or run many services, but it's genuine overhead for a simple site — and we'll happily steer you to something lighter like managed containers (ECS, Cloud Run, App Service) or a well-configured server. We right-size the architecture to your actual load, not to our résumé.
Do you provide cloud and DevOps services for international clients?+
Yes — a growing share of our infrastructure work is for clients in the US, UK, Europe, Australia and the Middle East. Engagements run remote-first with guaranteed timezone overlap, signed NDAs and DPAs, GDPR-aware data handling, weekly reporting on uptime and spend, and full transfer of every account and runbook on completion.
