A West Bengal IT company outside Kolkata
Most lists of IT companies in West Bengal begin and end in Salt Lake and New Town. Techimpace has worked from Bardhaman since 2013, and we have stayed here on purpose. The team lives where it works, and the engineers who build a system are still here to support it long afterwards.
For a client that means two practical things. First, you deal with the people doing the work, not an account manager relaying messages. Second, we are within reach of most of the state: Durgapur is a little over an hour away, Kolkata about two hours, and North Bengal an overnight train. We visit when the project needs it and work remotely when it does not.
We are also a product company, not only a service one. The school ERP, gym software, hospital HR and contractor ERP below are ours, used daily by paying customers. That discipline shows in client work: we know what it takes to keep software running for ten years, because we have had to.

Techimpace Innovations Private Limited is based in Bardhaman (Burdwan), in Purba Bardhaman district, roughly 100 km north-west of Kolkata. It has one office, where the whole engineering team works, and has operated from the town since 2013.
Do you work with clients in Kolkata?
Yes. We deliver websites, e-commerce and custom software for Kolkata businesses remotely, and travel to Kolkata for workshops, demonstrations and handovers when the project calls for it. We do not have a Kolkata office.
Do you visit clients in other districts?
Yes. We work on site across Purba Bardhaman, in Durgapur and Asansol, and in North Bengal for school ERP deployment and training. Where a visit is not needed, projects run remotely with preview links and regular calls. Any on-site days are written into the proposal.

Size of city is a poor guide to capability. Techimpace has delivered more than 20 ERP platforms and runs software that schools have depended on daily since 2013. Judge any company, in Kolkata or outside it, by systems still in use years later and by whether you can speak to those clients.
