Real-time by design

One order, start to reconciled

Every channel feeds one queue, and each step updates live — no one re-keys an order into a second screen.

  1. 01

    Order placed

From your app, website, POS, or an aggregator — every channel lands in one queue.

  2. 02

    Kitchen & inventory

The KDS routes it to the right station; ingredients decrement by recipe in real time.

  3. 03

    Dispatch

The nearest available rider — or a 3PL partner — is auto-assigned by zone.

  4. 04

    On the way

The customer watches the rider on a live map; the manager watches the whole fleet.

  5. 05

    Delivered & reconciled

Payment, payout, and stock all settle themselves — no end-of-day spreadsheet.

Where it counts

Three problems this platform actually solves

Omnichannel ordering

Every channel, one kitchen

Dine-in, takeaway, your own app and website, ONDC, and the aggregators all pour into a single order queue and a single menu. Change a price or 86 an item once, and it updates everywhere — no juggling five tablets on the pass.

  • Own-brand storefront plus Swiggy, Zomato & ONDC
  • One menu, one price list, updated everywhere at once
  • Unified order queue across every channel
  • Own your customer data, not just the order

Real-time supply chain

Inventory that thinks in recipes

Sell a biryani and the rice, spice, and packaging come off stock automatically — costed to the gram. See food cost per dish, variance, and wastage as it happens, run purchase orders to vendors, and move stock between outlets from one central store.

  • Recipe-based consumption & live food cost
  • Purchase orders, vendors & GRN
  • Inter-outlet stock transfer & indents
  • Wastage, variance & shortage alerts

Delivery logistics

Logistics you can watch move

Run your own delivery fleet with the rider app, auto-assign by zone and load, and fall back to a 3PL when you're slammed. Every drop is tracked end to end, with proof of delivery and a live map the customer and the zonal manager both trust.

  • In-house fleet with the rider app
  • Zone- and load-based auto-assignment
  • 3PL fallback at peak hours
  • Live tracking & proof of delivery

Built to scale

A modern stack you can grow on

Not a rebadged POS. A cloud-native platform engineered to stay fast and reliable from one kitchen to a hundred, through the busiest service of the year.

Cloud-native

Runs on managed cloud infrastructure and scales out horizontally when the Friday-night rush hits — no server melting under a festival spike.

Real-time by design

Orders, inventory, and rider locations update live over the wire, not on a page refresh — every screen sees the same truth at the same instant.

Multi-tenant & multi-brand

Many outlets and multiple brands run on one backbone with isolated data, so a chain or a cloud-kitchen group grows without a second system.

API-first & integrable

Clean APIs connect payments, ONDC and the aggregators, accounting, and WhatsApp/SMS — the platform fits your stack instead of replacing it.

Resilient & offline-tolerant

The POS keeps billing through a network blip and syncs the moment it's back, so a dropped connection never stops a sale at the counter.

Secure & observable

Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, full audit trails, and around-the-clock monitoring on infrastructure hosted in India.

Start where you are

Launch one outlet, then add brands and branches on the same system.

Most businesses go live with the storefront, POS, and inventory first, then switch on the rider and partner apps and multi-outlet supply chain as they grow. One vendor, one platform, one order record.

Honestly compared

Aggregators, a single POS, or one platform

Living on aggregators means renting your customers. A single-outlet POS can’t see the second branch. Running a chain is a different problem — and a different tool.

What food-business owners say

We moved off three tablets and a spreadsheet onto one console. Orders from our app, ONDC, and Swiggy all land in the same queue, and inventory finally matches what we actually sold.
ABArindam BoseFounder · Kolkata Kitchen Co., Kolkata, West Bengal
Our own delivery fleet used to be chaos. Zone auto-assignment and live tracking cut our delivery times, and the rider app ended the daily cash arguments.

Recipe-based inventory showed us which outlet was bleeding food cost. We opened two more branches on the same system without hiring a single extra back-office person.

FAQ

Food commerce platform questions — answered

The questions restaurant and cloud-kitchen owners actually ask us before they sign.

What is the Food Commerce & Supply Chain platform?

It is a complete, cloud-native software platform from Techimpace to run a multi-outlet restaurant, cloud kitchen, or food-delivery business end to end. In one system it provides a branded customer app and web storefront, POS and GST billing, real-time recipe-based inventory and supply chain, in-house delivery with rider and partner apps, a zonal-manager console, a support desk, and an admin and analytics console — across every outlet and brand. It is engineered and supported from Bardhaman (Burdwan), West Bengal.

Does it integrate with Swiggy, Zomato, and ONDC?

Yes. Orders from your own branded app and website, ONDC, and aggregators like Swiggy and Zomato all flow into a single order queue with one menu and one price list. You update an item or a price once and it reflects everywhere, so staff aren't juggling separate tablets during a rush.

How does real-time recipe-based inventory work?

Each menu item is mapped to a recipe, so when a dish sells, its ingredients and packaging are deducted from stock automatically and costed to the gram. You see live food cost per dish, variance, and wastage, run purchase orders to vendors, and transfer stock between outlets from a central store — instead of counting by hand at month-end.

Can we run our own delivery fleet with rider apps?

Yes. The platform includes a delivery-partner (rider) app with zone- and load-based auto-assignment, turn-by-turn navigation, proof of delivery, and earnings and cash reconciliation. When your own fleet is stretched at peak, orders can fall back to a third-party logistics partner, and every drop is tracked live for the customer and the zonal manager.

Does it support multiple outlets and brands from one place?

Yes. It is multi-tenant and multi-brand by design — many outlets and several brands run on one backbone with isolated data and a single admin console for menus, pricing, promotions, roles, and analytics. Adding an outlet or a brand later is configuration, not a new deployment.

Is it GST-compliant with KOT and kitchen display?

Yes. The POS generates KOTs and routes them to a kitchen display system, produces GST-compliant invoices, handles table and QR ordering, split bills, and multiple tenders, and keeps billing running offline through a network drop, syncing once the connection returns.

Will it scale for a festival or match-day rush?

Yes. The platform is cloud-native and scales out horizontally under load, updates orders, inventory, and rider locations in real time, and is built to be resilient and observable — so a demand spike is a capacity event, not an outage.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is tailored rather than published, because outlet count, order volume, the modules you need, and whether you want dedicated infrastructure move the number materially. We scope your requirement on a short, free call and send an itemised quote with no obligation — choose the edition that fits and we price it to your business.

Do you deploy and support businesses in West Bengal and North East India?

Yes. We are headquartered in Bardhaman (Burdwan) and actively deploy, train, and support restaurants, cloud kitchens, and food-delivery businesses in Asansol, Durgapur, Bankura, and Siliguri, and across Assam and North East India including Guwahati, Tezpur, Dimapur, and Kokrajhar. Remote onboarding is standard; on-site setup is available where scope requires it.
