Academica ERP is priced per student, per year. A school of 300 students and a school of 2,000 do not pay the same, and a school that needs only fees and attendance does not pay for transport and hostel.
There are three plans. Core covers admissions, fee collection with UPI and receipts, attendance, report cards and the parent portal and app, for schools moving off registers for the first time. Complete adds facial biometric attendance, transport, hostel, library, payroll, accounting with Tally export, the principal's dashboard and on-site training. Campus+ is for groups with several branches.
We quote after a short call because concessions, the mix of modules and the amount of on-site training change the figure. You receive the per-student rate, the one-time setup cost if any, and what is included, in writing. Compare the plans on the Academica ERP page.
